Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you’re not, you can simply return the item you purchased (including sale items) within 14 days of the day you received it.
Return shipping is free. You can print out a return receipt and the return shipping DHL label from your personal customer account.
- Go to the menu “Orders & returns” and under the order you want to return, click on “RETURNS” and then enter the merchandise to be returned and the reason for returning it
- Two PDF files “CREATE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL” and “CREATE RETURN RECEIPT” appear which can be used to create and print the labels
- Place the return receipt in the package and put the return shipping label on the outside of the package
- Bring your package to the nearest DHL shipping office (Germany) or postal office (Austria).
Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with the RIANI label attached and the security tag attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted. Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Gift packaging, tissue paper, marketing gifts and the receipt accompanying the package do not need to be included in the return. The return takes place in one package. If you want to return multiple items, they need to be sent to RIANI together in a single package.
RIANI reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns which do not meet the above conditions for returns.
Refunds take place within 14 days and through the same payment method and currency as the payment was made. The debited amount is always refunded to the buyer and the card hold or account holder. For vouchers, separate return calculations apply which are communicated when the voucher is issued. If you used a promotional code for your purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount you were charged after the voucher was applied. If you used a promotional code for your purchase and are returning only a part of your order, you will receive a proportional refund. If items are not available, or you have cancelled your order, we refund the full amount that you paid.
The shipping costs stated in the order must also be paid in the event of a complete return. The return shipping for orders in Germany take place through the shipping supplier DHL; for orders in Austria, it goes through the Austrian postal service.
