Where do we deliver?
We deliver your order to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain. In addition to the delivery of your order to your home, we also offer you the option of having your order delivered to a company address.
What shipping options are offered?
We offer you the following shipping options: Germany: DHL Standard and DHL Express. All other EU countries: DHL International.
How much does shipping cost?
The standard shipping costs within Germany are 5.90 euros per order and 9.99 euros per express order. For all other EU countries, the standard shipping costs are 14.99 euros per order.
When can I expect my order to be deliverd?
The delivery period for standard shipping in Germany is 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Express orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. The delivery period for standard shipping to other european countries is 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Express orders are delivered in 2-5 business days. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. RIANI cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays in delivery that are beyond our control.
